1. Who we are
PocketMoney Workbook Studio is an independent software product operated by a private individual (an independent digital creator). You can reach us at hello@pocketmoneystudio.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to give you access to the product you purchased:
- Email address — provided during checkout by WarriorPlus, used to create your account and deliver your login.
- License key and purchase status — created when you purchase, refund, or chargeback via WarriorPlus.
- Authentication cookies — set when you sign in, so we can keep you logged in.
- Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for security and debugging.
We do not collect payment card details ourselves. All payments are processed by WarriorPlus and PayPal.
3. Third-party services we use
- WarriorPlus — payment processing, checkout, and IPN notifications.
- PayPal — payment method available at WarriorPlus checkout.
- Supabase — hosted database and authentication.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — application hosting and request logging.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. Data shared with them is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
4. How we use your data
- Provision your account and send login credentials after purchase.
- Verify your license so you can access the Studio.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect and prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use your email for marketing without an explicit opt-in.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@pocketmoneystudio.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the email above and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies strictly for authentication (keeping you signed in) and CSRF protection. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify existing customers by email.
